Thank you.
Posted on Friday, February 13th, 2009 at 4:59 pmThank you to whoever was listening to my tired mommy prayer last night.
It worked.
E slept through the night.
The boys slept until six.
I got six hours of uninterrupted sleep.
I’m now ready for whatever life is gonna throw at me today. Or sneeze at me.
(PS – I did take a bath and am no longer wearing snot ridden clothing – for those who were worried!)
YAY! Wanna come to my house? We are running on about 3 hours right now… you’d fit right in, and after the nice break you got last night…you should be ready to go right? *lol*
You know, I actually would love to come to your house! Because in my silly-messed-up mind I had this notion that once my kids were no longer babies – or even toddlers – I’d get sleep. So coming to your house where there actually is a baby would make me feel better. Wanna pay for my plane ticket?
oh, and I am now wearing snot ridden clothes once again. But at least it’s nice green “we’re getting better” mucus! Happy, happy, joy, joy!
Oh, I’m glad to hear it. That pic of Eric asleep with the boys was too cute though.
Glad to hear you’ve had a little bit of a break. That’s the pits to have everyone sick (and continuing for days). Sounds like your visiting teachers need to drop by a little TLC. I have no problem calling them or others to pick up a few necessities at the grocery store when I’m sick. Seriously.
We’ve been “snotty” around here too. Glad you had a good sleep and the others too. I think it’s just one last seasonal cold for everyone…
