I would be remiss today if I didn’t make some sort of effort to publicly celebrate you!
Happy 30th birthday.
This year is going to be the extraordinary year that you want it to be, and I am excited that I will be here to watch it unfold. You are an amazing woman in so many ways. From expert organizational skills to impromptu costume designer. You have talents that you have yet to awaken which is scary considering all the talents you have at your fingertips. You possess the ability to be successful in the boardroom, classroom, and the playroom and you have demonstrated it.
I am impressed with the person you are and I am excited to see the person that you will become. You are beautiful, smart, sexy, humorous, witty, charming playful, organized, adventurous, caring, tender, loving, sweet, endearing, persevering, and above all you are loved. Loved by two little boys that have a rich full life because of the experiences that you provide them; and loved by me who after eight years of marriage still gets butterflies as I See you through the window as I walk into the house after work.
I am glad that I get to share this life with you. Here is to your extraordinary year 30!

Yeah for Shell!!!! I’m so glad you were born just 30 short years ago!!! I was serving my mission in Sweden at the time and didn’t get to meet you until the next July, so technically speaking you are just 29 to me. You are such a wonderful, loving, caring person. The world is a better place because you are here Shell. Thanks for the many kindnesses and love that you extend to me and my family. I hope today is so relaxing and enjoyable with your family. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow to be 30 again. What a milestone. I hope that your 30’s are just as cool and wonderful as mine have been. I have loved being 30 and 30+. I get to hump over the middle this year and turn 36. Even for me that is a milestone. You are the best and I miss you. I really enjoy our talks and getting to see you.
